The Return to Rest

Practical Application

  1. This week, practice "capturing every thought" as mentioned in the message. When faced with a challenging situation or thought, pause and ask, "Does this align with God's Word?"
  2. Set aside time each day to be "consumed" by God's presence through prayer, worship, or Bible study. Start with 10-15 minutes and gradually increase the time.
  3. Identify one area in your life where you've been striving in your own strength. Make a conscious effort to surrender it to God and ask for His guidance and power.
  4. Reflect next week on how these practices impacted your sense of rest and peace in Christ.
