We exist to introduce people to Jesus and disciple them to be fully devoted followers of Him.

Our Beliefs

God

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He eternally exists in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God. (Genesis 1:1,26,27; 3:22, Psalm 90:2, Matthew 28:19, I Peter 1:2, II Corinthians 13:14)

Man

Man is made in the image of God. He is the supreme object of God's creation. Although God designed Man to have fellowship with him, man became alienated from God through disobedience. As a result, all human beings are born with a sinful nature and choose to sin against God. Man is incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through his own efforts. (Genesis 1:27, Psalm 8:3-6, Isaiah 53:6a, Romans 3:23, Colossians 1:21, Isaiah 59:1-2)

Eternity

Man was created to exist forever. He will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or in union with God, through forgiveness and salvation. When you die, you will either spend eternity in Heaven or Hell. Eternal separation from God happens in Hell. Eternal union with God occurs in Heaven. (John 3:16, I John 2:25; 5:11-13, Romans 6:23, Revelation 20:15)

Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven's glory and will return again to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (Matthew 1:22-23, Isaiah 9:6, John 1:1-5; 14:10-30, Hebrews 4:14-15, I Corinthians 15:3-4, Romans 1:3-4, Acts 1:9-11, I Timothy 6:14-15, Titus 2:13)

Salvation

Salvation is a gift from God to all humanity. Man can never make up for his sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness can Man be saved from sin's penalty. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith. (Romans 6:23, Ephesians 2:8-9, John 14:6; 1:12, Titus 3:5, Galatians 3:26, Romans 5:1)

Baptism

The Bible says that every person who believes in Christ should be baptized. Water Baptism identifies the believer with Christ in his death, burial and resurrection.  It is an act of obedience that is proceeded by repentance and a public testimony.  It is the the outward expression of an inward experience.  (see Romans 6:4-5, Acts 2:41; 8:12-13)

The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make humanity aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every believer from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. The Christian seeks to live under His control daily. (II Corinthians 3:17, John 16:7-13; 14:16-17, Acts 1:8, I Corinthians 2:12; 3:16, Ephesians 1:13, Galatians 5:25, Ephesians 5:18)

The Church

We believe the church is the Body of Christ, both universal and local, and is composed of individuals who, through faith in Jesus Christ, have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus is the Head and Lord of the local church and that the mission of the church is worship, evangelism, discipleship, and the nurturing and care of one another. (Matthew 28:1-20, Colossians 1:18; Ephesians 2:19-22)

The Bible

The Bible is God's Word to all men. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. (II Timothy 3:16-17, II Peter 1:20-21, II Timothy 1:13, Psalm 119:105,160, Psalm 12:6, Proverbs 30:5)

Second Coming

We believe in the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ, the consummation of the Kingdom of God and the restoration of all things spoken of by the prophets. (Matthew 24: 42-44; Acts 1:11, 3:11, 3:19-20; Revelation 3:10-11, 22:7-12)

Our Vision

As followers of Christ we know that He has called us to this area of our great nation to proclaim the Gospel. We see a growing church of great influence with multiple locations throughout the region that impacts not only this generation but generations to come. We believe that through the church people will find Jesus and discover the purpose that God created them for and live out that purpose with passion and boldness.

Expansion Projects

Our Core Values

Until Everyone Knows | Evangelism

We have all been commissioned to know God and make Him known. Telling people about Jesus is central to the Christian life. This can happen across the globe and across the street. This calling doesn’t end…until everyone knows.

Mark 16:15 “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.”

Made to Move | Discipleship

God made each person with an identity to live in and a purpose to fulfill. It’s so exciting to see people come to that realization and begin this amazing journey of being a Christ follower. We must be reminded daily that following after Jesus never means standing still, there is always a Next Step...we are made to move.

Acts 17:28 “For in Him we live and move and have our being…”

Because He Gave | Generosity

Everything we have is because of the love and sacrifice of the Father. The sooner we realize that we give and live generous lives because He gave first, the sooner we can live an abundant and blessed life.

1 John 4:19  “We love because He first loved us.”

Better Together | Biblical Community

We have all been called and created to do life together in Biblical Community. This was Gods plan for the church and also for you as a Christ follower. When we realize that we were never meant to do life alone, we can begin to grow and be strengthened by each other...we are better together.

Proverbs 27:17 “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”

Saved to Serve | Serving

Something happens within us when we realize that Jesus didn’t come to be served, but to serve. In the same way, we, as followers of Christ, should first look to serve the needs of others the same way that Jesus served us...we are saved to serve.

Matthew 20:28 “Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
