1.Building relationships starts with hangtime! Teachers should be seeking
out students who are by themselves to connect with them. Additionally,
teachers should try to facilitate games for the students.
2.During the ice breaker, teachers should be intentional about learning students' names and showing them that they care about them.
3.Crews are ESSENTIAL to take place in every Trailblazers service. This gives the students an opportunity to ask questions, apply what they learned, ask for prayer requests, or seek counsel on things they may be going through.
