‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
Revelation 21:4
 
There is a day coming where there will be no more tears, neither crying, mourning, death, nor pain. These things are a part of the world we are currently living in. They are the tragic result of a fallen world plagued by sin. But the good news is that through Christ, the old order of things will pass away and in its place, there will only be the goodness of God.
 
When you continue to seek God and know His Word, you’ll be rewarded by God’s assurance that, ultimately, there will come a time when there will be no more “mourning, or crying, or pain” We will not feel sorrow any longer because the place where sorrow resides will be filled with the love and goodness of God as we see Him in His fullness. There will be a reunion of those we've lost along the way who had a relationship with Jesus, and even when it comes to those who will not be with us in Heaven, we can rest assured that these matters are secured in God's hands. What an important reminder that Jesus has made salvation available to us and our loved ones, and that our grief can be laid on Him.
 
Life, though important, is only temporary. This is not our home and what is coming is a place free from grief where our tears will be wiped away by our loving Savior.
