Now that you've heard from our founding Pastors about the heart and mission of True North Church,  today you'll hear from our Lead Pastor, Jesse Eisenhart, about the vision for the future.
Legacy leaves something. We are intentional about investing today for an eternal impact that will span the generations to come. This legacy mindset is all about seeing beyond ourselves and believing that God can do abundantly more than we could ever ask or imagine through the transforming power of a relationship with Jesus.

Below are three of the most recent Legacy projects.
Our mission has always been greater than one building. We envision churches across South Jersey as places where people can encounter Jesus, build biblical community, and be encouraged weekly through worship, prayer, and the teaching of God’s Word. Recently, we purchased the former Sears building in the heart of Vineland to make that vision a reality for the city. On September 8th, we will launch a new Legacy series to unpack the vision, future and next steps for this Campus.
Each year we give sacrificially, above and beyond our tithes, to deepen our investment into Legacy. The goal and focus of the annual offering will change from year to year, but the purpose will remain, as we commit resources toward a greater kingdom impact.
The Legacy Team is an outlet for those who are called and equipped to finance the Kingdom of God and to leave a legacy.
True North Is Lead Pastor Led, Board of Directors & Spiritual Leadership Team Governed and Staff & Team Operated.
  • As a church, our vision and direction is set by our Lead Pastor.  The Board of Directors governs corporate matters, while the Spiritual Leadership Team oversees Spiritual matters. Execution on the vision and ministry is carried by Staff alongside our team of committed leaders who serve on Team.
  • As a non-denominational church, we are not affiliated with any particular denomination. We practice local church autonomy while finding spiritual covering through relationships with various networks and advisory teams.
  • We are a spirit-filled evangelical church that embraces all the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We function in spiritual giftings in an orderly fashion as laid out in scripture.
  • We do not have traditional church membership, but instead  function as a family. Members have rights, but family has roles and responsibilities.
  • Those who call True North Church home are informed of the ministry results and financial details through our annual report, which is available on our website in the first quarter of each year.
Every number has a name, every name has a story and every story matters to God. Because of this, we’re always going to celebrate numbers at True North Church.
