Proverbs 27:23-24 says, “Know well the condition of your flocks, and give attention to your herds, for riches do not last forever; and does a crown endure to all generations?” Scripture is instructing us to have a plan for the provision God has bestowed to us and that plan includes the wisdom of a budget in the immediacy and expansion of that principle through a strategy for the future.
