It takes real diligence to maintain our giving back to God and His work. It is an honor to be part of your journey as you grow in the Lord. The Bible speaks often about diligence; we thought it would be helpful to share a few of those verses:
Proverbs 21:5
The plans of the diligent lead to profit,
as surely as haste leads to poverty.
The writer makes it clear that those who are diligent will yield profit with their lives! That’s very encouraging! Diligence literally means to be constant or persistent… so continue to be persistent in your plans!
Proverbs 13:4
The sluggard craves and gets nothing,
but the desires of the diligent are fully satisfied.
Diligence yields a satisfaction unlike anything else. I’m praying that is exactly what you are experiencing as you have been diligent in your finances and in your giving.

Being diligent is not easy. There will always be things competing not just for our finances but for our time as well. Diligence also includes being proactive in utilizing the resources available to develop and refine strategies to grow in your acumen and implementation of financial wisdom.  We offer several opportunities each year for our church family to leverage tools like this including:

  • Financial Learning Experience with Joe Sangl (yearly)
  • Legacy Trust with Financial Planning Ministries (twice yearly)
  • Financial Coaching (any time)
