Before signing up to serve and joining a team, we want you to take a moment to understand the why and how behind serving at True North.
A Common Unity & Mission
God designed the Church to be a family, a community of brothers and sisters in Christ committed to encouraging and supporting one another as we pursue Jesus together. Serving is an incredible privilege within this family. God invites us to participate in His work of reconciling people to Himself and walking alongside them as they grow in their relationship with Jesus.
As a church family, we believe serving together means sharing a common set of expectations rooted in Scripture. These expectations help us lead well, care for one another, and honor God as devoted followers of Christ. They are not about perfection, but about a shared commitment to live out our mission and core values with humility, integrity, and faithfulness.

When you made a decision to follow Jesus you started a new life and journey with Him. We remain teachable and continually grow spiritually, allowing the Holy Spirit and Leadership to speak into your life.
Saved to Serve
We follow Christ’s example by serving others and doing it with excellence, as if we are doing unto the Lord. We serve others to show people Jesus and his selfless love, not our own ambition or our talent.
Better Together
We are called to do life together as a family and understand the importance of biblical community. As a family, are devoted to be honest in conversation and conflict, always seeking forgiveness, restoration and unity.
Because He Gave
We understand that everything we have is from Jesus and live a lifestyle of generosity. We understand the principle of first fruits and return the tithe back to Him.
