The God Who Walked Among Us

Mar 15, 2026    Ps. Jesse Eisenhart

Throughout the New Testament, Jesus refers to Himself as the Son of Man more than 80 times. But why would the Son of God choose a title that emphasizes His humanity? This message explores the profound truth that Jesus is fully God and fully man—a reality that lies at the very center of the Christian faith.

Because Jesus took on flesh, He experienced the full range of human life: fatigue, sorrow, temptation, and suffering. Yet unlike us, He lived without sin. This makes Him uniquely qualified to be our mediator and High Priest—the one who bridges the gap between God and humanity.

More than a theological doctrine, the incarnation changes how we experience God today. We don’t approach someone distant from our pain. We approach a Savior who knows it firsthand.

Ultimately, this message invites us to respond to the love of Christ by surrendering our lives to Him, trusting that salvation is not something we earn but a gift we receive.
